England Squash Level 2 coach with over 40 years high-level squash experience primarily at Charing Cross Sports Club and previously a university champion. I am a friendly, adaptive, attentive coach enabling starters and improvers of all ages to flourish and advance. Additionally, my Durham University psychology degree engenders confidence and empathy with neurodivergent learners as well as helping motivate and improve the cerebral side of squash for everyone.

As a qualified squash coach, I offer tailored coaching programmes at your school, university or club catering to both beginners and improvers. My mission is to foster a love for the game, enhance skills and promote healthy competition among participants of all ages.

 

Through engaging and personalised coaching sessions I aim to develop technical abilities, strategic understanding and overall fitness. For beginners, I focus on fundamental skills and game rules ensuring a solid foundation while improvers benefit from individual technical analysis and development strategies to elevate their performance.
